JOB OPENING - Senior HR Executive

Job Title: Senior Human Resource Executive.
Key Job Responsibilities:

Key Job Responsibilities: The scope of responsibilities include the following:
 Ensuring proper upkeep and maintenance of Office, handling Administrative work such as Daily Attendance, Access Punch Miss Reports, Weekly Break Reports, Inventory Management, Demand / Receipt of Consumables, Housekeeping & Vendor management, Records Management, Vendor Coordination for timely completion of requirements floated, Liaison with Building Management, Travel / Bookings pertaining to Management Team, Vertical Heads etc., Receipt / Handling of important clients during visit to the Company Office’s, Salary Data Preparation and related tasks etc.

 Management of Employees, Preparation / Maintenance of Employee Records / Dossiers / Master Database as per system in vogue, Training & Development, Team Building / Engagement Activities, Employee Welfare, Indoor & Outdoor Engagement Activities, Employee Induction, Exit Interviews, Grievance Addressing / Handling & Remedies, Ensuring proper implementation of circulars, Handling of Housekeeping Staff ensuring proper cleanliness and maintenance of Offices etc.

 Handling of Recruitment Tasks of Junior / Middle Level Resources related to IT / ITeS Services such as, sourcing of candidates, screening legible resumes, establishing communication with prospective candidates, follow-ups, scheduling tests / interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews, exploration of new placement agencies and liaison whenever and wherever required. In this process you shall be identifying the best mix of resources to source top talent – using our research function, job boards, web searches, referrals, posting job descriptions on job boards and tracking posting status and head hunting through various channels.

 Any other / additional responsibility which the management deems fit as per need of time.

Qualitative Requirements:
 Educational Qualification: Graduate in any Discipline + M.B.A (Human Resource as Major).
 Preference: Male / Female candidates.
 Minimum Experience: 1.5 – 3 Years.
The experience candidate must have worked and have strong control over HR Generalist Tasks, Good Comm. Skills (Written & Verbal), Smart enough to handle grievances, Excellent control over PC and handling of various MS Office and similar related applications, Good exposure on handling of Webmail Services and correspondence, Good in Team Building activities.

 Working Days: 5 days a week.
 Office Timings: 10:00 a.m. – 07:00 p.m. (Willing to extend working hours in case of any unforeseen requirements / urgent tasks).
