Job Title: Manager – Inside Sales
KRA: The KRA of this profile is to generate a pre-defined number of international prospects (BD connects) every month, based on the parameters given.

Job Responsibilities:

• Making inbound and outbound calls to generate lead, based on the pre-defined parameters.
• Effectively use communication platforms like LinkedIn and Email to connect with the prospects
• Generate, follow and forward all leads to the BD Manager.
• Fix meetings of interested prospects with the BD Manager
• Patch live calls with the BD Manager if the prospect shows interest.
• Always stay connected with prospects, even when it is transferred to the BD Manager, till it is closed.
• Coordinate with the BD team related to product offerings and respective domain knowledge.
• Prepare and Maintain database for calling using online tools.
• Maintain balance between creating database and calling on a daily basis
• Keep learning new updates on new product lines and services.

Minimum Requirements:
• Outbound experience /Inside sales/ cold calling / lead generation
• Candidates with strong and relevant B2B sales experience in an IT/non – IT company.
• Candidate having experience in IT services will have an advantage
• Result-oriented and zealous to excel
• Pleasing personality with excellent communication in English

Minimum Experience: 4-12 years

Location: Gurgaon (Sector – 39)

Educational: BCA/MCA/B.Tech /MBA in IT/Marketing (This can be waived depending upon a candidates’ experience)

Working Days: Mon-Fri (Sat & Sun Off)
