Job Title: Business Development Associate

We are looking for freshers with commerce background with good communication skills and should be a fast learner with passion for sales.

Location: Gurgaon

Working Days: 5 Days a week

Responsibilities – JR/JD

• Acquire domain knowledge of all the services Fintax Experts provide
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, emails and social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients and understand the requirement
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Ensure the availability sales collaterals and keep updating is time to time
• Acts a bridge between the delivery/operations and clients
• Nurture the relationship with existing accounts and grow their account size by identifying the potential business opportunities.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Requirements and skills

• Proficiency in English both written and Oral
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
