JOB OPENING - Sr. Business Development Executive

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation via cold calling/emailing/online marketing campaigns to prospects based in various countries for specific services in Accounting & Taxation and closing Leads so generated.
  • Taking follow ups on generated leads, existing & new prospective clients to cross-sell and up sell services, able to build, execute and manage a strategy to generate outbound leads.
  • Able to manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure including end user leads or leads for business associates, manage end to end sales cycle from lead to active client.
  • Liaison between client & technical team until project is active, by cultivating, building and managing relationships with International clients.

 
Skills Required:

  • This position requires experienced, self-motivated individual with ability to build, execute and manage a strategy to generate outbound leads for Accounting & Taxation services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills,demonstrate high-level client-service orientation, ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with maximum discretion and understanding of client’s needs.
  • Taking follow ups on generated leads of existing & new prospective clients to cross-sell and up sell services.
  • Able to manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure including end user leads or leads for business associates & partnerships.
  • Understand technical issues from initial dialogue with client and discuss with technical team & respond to client accordingly by working closely with the technical team to profile the clients, evaluate leads and create sales presentations or proposals to explain service specifications, formal fee quotes OR sell standard pricing policy for respective services depending upon needs of client.
  • Research and identify new market opportunities, identify prospective International customers  from US, UK, Canada, Europe, Middle East and Australia using leads from existing clients or through Cold Calling, Targeted Email Campaigns, Chat messengers, LinkedIn, joining Social websites/platforms.
  • Proven expertise in MS Word and MS Outlook with a working knowledge of MS Excel, and Adobe software applications.
  • Liaison between client & technical team until project is active, by cultivating, building and managing relationships with International clients.

 
Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant business development experience.
  • Basic knowledge needed by a sales person of US Accounting software & Taxation Forms/System to be followed by US Taxpayers.
  • Self-motivated individual, ability to work independently.
  • Ability of lead generation, Cold calling, cross sell/upsell and end to end sales with the help of technical team.

Location : Gurgaon

Educational:  Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with preference to MBA candidate
