JOB OPENING - INFLUENCER STRATEGIST/MARKETING
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing influencer marketing strategies
- Negotiating with influencers for delivering campaigns
- Connecting with influencers of all genre
- Bringing them on board as content creators
- Coordinating and collaborating to execute campaigns
- End to end campaign execution
- Client interactions
- Overseeing all other aspects of an influencer marketing campaign
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
- Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders
- Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes
- Develop content ideas and write and curate content
- Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users
- Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
- Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers
- Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels.
- As part of digital experience must have specific Blogger / Influencer experience.
- Highly – Organised and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with data / analytics to effectively evaluate and report on project success and achievement of KPI’s
- Experience negotiating with outside partners (influencers, celebs, talent, agents, vendors, etc.)
- Creative thinker who can brainstorm innovative ideas and story tell
- Comfort in a fast-paced, changing environment that feels like a startup
- Relationship Management: Ability to cultivate strong partnership relationships.
- Help identify, contact and manage relationships with influencers and content creator.
- Provide strategic consultation to social managers and marketing leads around influencer activation and programs for brand campaigns.
Minimum Requirements: 2-3 years of Digital Media experience (ideally PR or Influencer marketing agencies, Marketing and / or Social Media-specific experience).
Educational: BCA/MCA/B.Tech/MBA in IT/Marketing (This can be waived depending upon a candidates’ experience).
